This scheme is valid for those, who have already purchased property within last 10 years from anywhere in India and from any Builder / Developer / Promoter. The sum of price declared in the sale deed during registration and the total Govt. duty paid will be calculated, and 75% of this amount will be refunded by Secured Repayment Instruments of Nationalized Bank.
This Secured Repayment Instrument of Nationalized Bank will have Nomination facility. In case of the sad demise of the actual property holder, the nominated person can easily redeem the instrument on its maturity day.
To avail the benifit of this scheme, the customer has to pay a nominal amount of premium decided by Yasharth Infrastructures.
NO CASH TRANSACTION will be entertained throughout the process.
