Our Associate Channel Partner need to
Promote and Market our all Schemes through Social Media.
Contact and approach Builder / Developer to offer them our Schemes. Discuss and negotiate as per guideline of Yasharth Enfrastructure.
After finalization with builder, supervise the project up to completion and bring the potential customer and offer them our unique “100% Property Purchased Amount Return Along with Possession of Property Forever” & “Home / industrial loan will be repaid to banks / financial institutions on behalf of property buyers / industrialist and even property / industry possession will be in the name of property buyers / industrialists” Scheme. Associates may also appoint some workforce under him to execute the work.
Yasharth Enfrastructure offers a very handsome commission to their Associates. The commission amount will be decided in personal meeting along with additional incentives which will be decided by Yasharth Enfrastructure on the volume of project, location of project and performance of workmanship of connected associate.
Yasharth Enfrastructure will hold the full control over any deal between Builders / Developers and Property Buyers. All transactions will be done under the supervision of Yasharth Enfrastructure.
Yasharth Enfrastructure will never go for any cash transaction, all the payments & receipts will be done through Bank only.
The cost of project / housing scheme will be fixed up by Yasharth Enfrastructure and the total deal will be covered by a Written Agreement signed by both.
